BLEND 4 MINUTES IN BLENDER:
3/4 cups whole wheat
1 cup milk
ADD AND CONTINUE TO BLEND:
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil (slowly)
Cook as pancakes. Also good as waffles.
*You may use 1/3 cup non-instant powdered milk and 1 cup water in place of 1 cup milk.
