1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 lb butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts or slivered almonds
4 cup Special K cereal
Melt butter in sauce pan, add sugars and marshmallows, boil 3 minutes stirring constantly. Add vanilla, nuts and the Special K cereal.
Spray Pam all over a flat surface and pour mixture onto the surface. Push mixture around on surface to flatten out a little, then tear it apart and form into dallops. Makes 20-24 cookies in the smaller size dallop
