2 cups sugar
4 cups milk
2 cups whipping cream
3 teaspoons vanilla
Dissolve sugar in milk and cream. Add vanilla. Pour mixture into freezer can. Assemble into freezer container; pack with ice and salt according to manufacturer's directions, and freeze. Makes about 4 quarts.
