Chinese Hamburger

My sister Sue gave this recipe to me when I went away to college.

1 pound ground beef

1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/2 cup uncooked rice
soy sauce
no salt - some pepper if desired
1 can Chinese noodles

Brown ground beef and onion together. Mix other ingredients and put in baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes. Stir. Cover top with Chinese noodles. Bake 15 minutes more, uncovered.
