This is great with vegetables.
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 (6-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1 (16-ounce) carton sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (1-ounce) package ranch dressing mix
Thaw frozen spinach; drain well. Drain and chop water chestnuts. Stir all ingredients together. Chill. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables or crackers.
